to blog or not to blog - content is king

Our client was keen on blogging on their corporate website and asked for our advice.

 

First step is to decide whether to do it. Should we start our blog especially as they have other projects on the table?

 

Second step is to decide who will write the blog and what else will it be connected to using a system called "AUTOPOST". The owners, directors and advisors are usually the ones that have the content but not the time - so a new group has emerged on the internet - people who are professional content writers.

Our client has decided to give one of his staff the task to write the blog with auto posts appearing on the client's website and the client's linkedin account. They will measure the results and see whether the content should be outsourced in the future.

 

The process for the staff member has to be "tight" as the content will represent the firm. In our next newsletter we will go through some of the points considered in the process.
